LikedOn the first night we arrived the staff told other guests that it was their room and at around 12am these guests were trying to open our doors and we got a big freight finding someone trying to walk in on you. The last night of our stay which was 2 nights we apparently mixed up our room booking we cleared out the wrong room . The other couple with us had an extra night all our items including the other couples were removed from the room with out advising us. When had they noticed the room we had was already cleared out. I personally was very upset that all our items were touched and taken out of the room we thought was safe for the third night. Communication level ZERO. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

LikedThe bedsheets/towels looked clean

DislikedWe payed 625 euros for 10 people. My room for 2 costed 150 euros. I would not spent more than 50 euros in this place. In booking the pictures are deceiving not as much for the rooms but the hotel in general. We entered from a side entrance with a pin code, then went through a glass door with no entry restriction and went up to the fifth floor with the elevator. There was an open door with no safety restriction and then the corridor of the rooms with insufficient lighting. All the members of our group felt insecure from the one door (the one with the pin) that protected us from the area that is not in a good location even though it is close to the center. The bathroom in my room the moment we turned on the light the ventilator made so much noise that you could hear from the rooms next to us. In my friend's room the toilet (not the seat but all the toilet) moved from side to side as if it was not glued to the floor. This is definatelly a health and safety issue. We told all the above to the owner and he said that this is normal. We have taken videos for anyone to see the state of the hotel in case of dispute.
