LikedWe stayed for three nights in a family room for 4 people, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, we did not have to worry about anything. The room is large with a terrace, everything is clean, all the utensils are available. The kitchen is shared between two rooms, equipped with everything you need.

DislikedThe staff doesn't speak English at all It's not easy to find the exact location because all the signs are in Polish language only. There was no internet access for more than 2 days.

LikedLocation is close to the City Centre and yet far enough so that it doesn't feel crowded with people. The property is located on the grounds of the District Prosecutor's Office. That said, don't expect a beautiful rustic villa but rather a proof that nowadays almost literally every service in Zakopane offers vacation rooms for tourists. To that point, there is a train station and a bus station in a very close distance. Moreover, the room has a separate toilet, a small fridge in the room, as well as a TV (which we didn't in fact use during out stay). The property is also equipped with a stable Wi-Fi signal which was crucial to me as I had to work remotely for some time during my stay. If you're planning to look for a cheap option only to spend the night, don't hesitate.

DislikedUnfortunately, there is no cleaning service. We stayed at the property for a few nights and only after our departure was the room taken care of. Moreover, the cleanliness leaves a lot of room for improvement, especially in the bathroom. The radiator didn't work until the very last day which was not ideal considering the snowy/rainy weather we experienced. The walls are not soundproof to the point where I was able to clearly hear a conversation between two people from the next room. Also keep in mind that the room is very small. It should be suitable for a single occupant or a couple, but not for a small family with a child. As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, if you're looking for a cheap place to spend the night, go for it. However, if you want to be pampered a little during your stay and have a true highland experience, this property is definitely not for you.

DislikedThe staff does not speak English at all, quite rude and not helpful. During the weekends there are no anyone from the staff in the hotel, so if you will have any problems no one will be able to help. Personally, I forgot one important stuff in the room, and after the check out time I wanted to return to take my stuff, and I messaged the host to ask them to help me, but they didn’t even answer my message and I couldn’t enter the building. So be smart and don’t leave the keys in the box. Ant there is no hairdryer in the room.

DislikedIt wasn’t good experience. My husband arrived earlier and ask if it possible to stay before check in time in some common area, because he was extremely tired after night train. The woman on reception was rude, she said it’s impossible and run away for her own business in bank, so reception was just empty. The good thing they prepare for us the room a bit earlier, but he still waited for 3 ours on the street. And after we checked in we found right next our room the common kitchen were my husband could stay for those 3 hours. So it wasn’t friendly at all. Besides when we check out the reception was again empty. And when we already checked out I saw the message on the booking that we should pay some additional tax, but my husband already paid it . And I don’t understand why for some additional things they ask to pay in Booking massages ? I don’t read this messages, coz it never needed after you checked in. So it was just horrible service. Definitely not recommend
