LikedThe staff was really friendly and helpful . We received upon arrival a card with discounds for the main attractions and restaurants including the hotel bistro. The hotel is well mentained and really clean despite the old aesthetics . The food was really good and the portions are big. You can take a train from near the hotel to reach the city centre and to the main attractions , we found it very helpful throughout our stay. We also were given a discount voucher for the net time we will book a stay there. We hope to come back soon .

LikedLarge comfortable room with secure underground parking close to city centre. Quiet part of Prague, mainly surrounded by office blocks and residential premises. Close to tram stops which connect you to city centre.

DislikedNo tea making facilities in our room. We had to go to the restaurant to get a pot of tea to take back to our room.

LikedThe hotel was great! The Prague is overrun by tourists, so a hotel slightly outside of the core city centre is an excellent choice. The commute is convenient, with a tram right outside of the hotel, so you can reach all the main attractions within 20-30 minutes. And, if you are fed up with fighting other tourists, there is a convenient store, drug store, a good lasagne spot and a bubble tea spot within the walking distance from the hotel. Lenka and Jan helped us check-in and check-out and the reception is open 24/7, so you may always ask for help. Highly reccommended!

LikedI always enjoy breakfast here, hotel offers fresh vegetables, selection of cheese, bread is above average (you should try it!) and they have lactose and gluten free options too. Rooms are nicely furnished, room service visits every day and folks at reception desk (Lenka and Jan) are super helpful and friendly.

LikedGreat location, one stop by a tram from Holesovice station - underground. Easy access to ZOO.
