LikedThe hotel is very beautiful, lively and has a wonderful view of the city's church. It is a 3-minute walk from the center through a pleasant neighborhood. All employees are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The room was big, clean and the kitchen had enough equipment for cooking. Recomended for families with kids.

Dislikedthe water in the indoor pool was little too cold.

LikedWe liked the quirkyness of the hotel built into a hill. But also the good location.

DislikedMy wife noticed the bedding wasn't changed during the week. Apart from that the room was kept very clean.

Likedwhere do I start, everything was great, I don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel before that looked as new and was as clean as this one. i have no complaints, from the room to the pools to the reception and bar areas were spotless and everything looked brand new. the spa and indoor pool areas were great and I really enjoyed my head neck and back massage I got on the last day. we had breakfast included and lots of variety and choice something for everyone from cereals to bread, pastries fruit and cooked breakfast was great . staff were very friendly and helpful always greeting us and saying goodbye when we left :)
