LikedExcellent location... Right in the heart of city. 3 mins walk from Plaça de Catalunya, La Rambla around the corner which leads all the way to the marina. Very secure.... Buzzed in at front door. Easy check-in. Exceptionally clean. Fan in room.

DislikedMattress was foam so very soft but may suit some people, and for a night or two is perfectly fine. Some rooms don't have bathroom, there is a shared one in hallway, so maybe request when booking if private bathroom needed. Our room was to the back with a small window to narrow courtyard... Again perfect for 1 night. Inquire beforehand about street side rooms.

LikedThe location is great, right on the Rambla walking street. Very alive in the evening. The shower was good, it had a shared fridge and coffee facilities, lock up etc. The area around has pick pockets so leave your valuables in the pension safe. 24 hour front desk open.

DislikedThe room was basic and small but ok.

LikedClose to La Rambla. Clean room, comfy bed, hot shower, nice balcony. Cheaper than other local guesthouses. Free kettle and teas and coffees in reception.

DislikedBe prepared for a complete lack of friendly welcome by the male reception staff. Reception area is so shabby and staff so unwelcoming it feels more like a prison sign in than a guesthouse. Bedroom and bathroom doors are badly fitting with gaps. Bed is a cheap fold up with rickety legs.

Liked24/7 reception which is always nice and the staff that greeted me was very nice

DislikedThe shared bathroom wasn’t very clean, at fault of other guests not being very considerate. My room was next to the reception so didn’t sleep at all as everyone someone arrives they ring the bell and are so loud when they enter. As well as hearing lol the check ins and check outs throughout the night. The fan in the room was also very loud. It’s on a busy street and the doors are not thick so also loud noise from there. An impossible environment to sleep which is basically what I pay for
