DislikedI don't like getting into an elevator and I always use the stairs everywhere I go as I am very clostaphobic. They had the doors to the stairs locked so everytime I had to go to my room I had to ask a security guard for the key to open the door to access the stairs. I asked reception could I get a card for a few days for the stairs and she said I didn't build the building it's not my problem, extremely rude and unhelpful

LikedI asked for a double bed but got 2 singles. Staff were rude. When I checked out the receptionist ignored me, even though I was standing by the desk she just had her head down typing on the computer. Even when I said excuse me she didn't respond. I had to go to the back of the queue and wait for someone else. Then when I asked to check my bag in I was told to wait by the door where the baggage area was, but no one was there, so again I had to go back to the queue. The hotel is nice but the staff are not up to standard.

DislikedWe spoke to reception that we will release the room 30 min later since we were going fora boat ride. We were not told that the hotel will charge us. But they had charged 17 Euros, which is unethical.

LikedLocation is important to me when going shopping or on a business trip, and it's great.

DislikedBreakfast was ridiculously expensive at 26€ per person.

DislikedThere was no air-con and the room details mentioned it as available. Toilets were not clean. Room was also not very clean.
