Parkhotel Villa Grazioli

LikedWe had a wonderful stay, it was near a lovely village called Frascati and we need to come and stay again so we can visit there. The room was lovely and we were given an upgrade. Breakfast was perfect and the restaurant was beautiful as was the building. The staff at the hotel could not do enough for you and the handy shuttle bus from the train station was welcomed.

DislikedIf I really had to pick something it would be to have a bath in the room, but that is me being picky.

LikedThe property is in a beautiful, peaceful location with an amazing view. It is set in beautiful grounds and has a nice pool. There was a lady on reception who was amazing the whole time of our stay! She was so helpful and nice.

DislikedWhen we got to our room, I’ve never seen a mattress that visibly dips, especially in a hotel. It was clearly a very old mattress and uncomfortable. I would also note that on one of the days, I wanted to make use of the pool so didn’t want to travel out of the hotel for food. However, there was an event on so was told the restaurant was closed and all they could offer was pre-packed sandwiches which is not something I eat. Therefore, I essentially was stuck for food unless I travelled into the centre. I’ve never experienced a hotel, in a slightly remote location, where the restaurant closes for guests due to an event. This was around mid-day so it did seem strange!
