LikedNice hotel with fantastic view, calm pool area, good food, great bar, loved it was contacted to the dive center.

DislikedExtremely thin walls, you could literally hear everyone word the neighbors were saying. Had a group of young people stay for a few days and had to tell them to be quiet multiple times in the night so I could sleep., extremely annoying and disruptive. Power outlets stopped working in my room halfway through the trip and were never fixed. I left my powerbank in the lobby to charge instead and it was stolen during breakfast. When I reported this to the reception they were very unhelpful, wouldn't help me investigate and told me to go to the police station instead, and that they had no responsibility to support me. Very unhelpful behaviour from the staff.

LikedHotel is located near a ferryboat port and bus stations is in the front of the hotel. Yet, if you come to Malta to explore, it is situated far away from all other cities and you will travel a lot. Room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, towels are new and soft. The receptionist was very friendly and provided us with all needed information about the hotel and Malta, as well.

DislikedWe stayed end of April / beg. of May and room was very cold. Heating worked, yet on a very low temperature and it was not possible to heat a room. Hotel solution was to provide us with extra blankets! We were cold all the time in the room. Maybe if we had booked the other side of the hotel it would have been better (I noticed there was much more sun from the side that looks to the external swimming pool), yet we didn't know that. You will not stay hungry, however food is not compatible with a four star hotel. There is no butter for breakfast, potato was not even once baked well, cheap meet difficult to chew, etc. We booked this hotel with and idea to have some relaxing time after exploring Malta and it was just not possible since inside pool works only till 6 PM. If you don't have a bathrobe you will have to pay 4 Euro for the same and 10 Euro more as a deposit. The day before the departure we asked to have some lunch paket, at least one sandwich for our little daughter, since we had to leave the hotel at 5 AM and we were refused - for such guests, they serve some small croissants, coffee and tea on a table in a lobby. In addition, the walls are very thick and a simple door connects two rooms and you can literally hear every sound from the other room. We had to call a reception desk at 10 PM since our neighbours were listen TV too loudly, talking and laughing. Hotel security reacted immediately.

DislikedBreakfast was not so exciting. I paid for room with balcony with seawiew but I had a busy street and a harbor as a view.

DislikedFar from Valetta and St Julians. The room was comfortable but with a weird smell like the previous ones where smoking in the room

DislikedVery cheap and monotonic breakfast.very small choice of vegetables and not good quality. Not good ham. Hotel restaurant on the beach also hasn't got tasty meal. Inside swimingpool has salted water.
