LikedThe hotel is in an excellent location near bars , shops and boat stations. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Cristian guided us to the door on our first night which was late at night.

DislikedThe room was a bit small and the furniture dated.

LikedOur room was clean and comfortable. The colour scheme was interesting, (turquoise and light green) but I loved it! It felt very Casanova-like! The bed was a bit hard but after a whole day of walking around Venice, you don't mind so much! The bathroom was very clean and convenient. The staff was helpful and polite and allowed us early access to our room without bother.

DislikedSome people might mind that the room is small, but it does not bother me. There is little natural light during the day, as the two little windows open to the opposite building wall, in a alleyway. But again, we spent virtually no time in the hotel during the day, we were too busy visiting Venice :) The TV was placed on the left of the bed, which is a first for me. Not a huge problem per se, just a bit strange.
