LikedRoom was nice and cozy, food was average and staff was kind. Hotel has good location but the street is a bit noisy.

DislikedThe spa is not worth it - it is small, not very clean and water in pool is cold. Hamam is not any nice, and not well prepared for the accidental visit. Room was very small, far away from 15 sq meters. They changes it after 2 days when I requested twice and sad there was an empty room in our corridor. We got 2 extra meters and it helped us because we were with a baby. The rooms were clean, but under the bed it was big mess. They changed towels every day when we dropped them on the ground. Breakfast is almost the same every day, not much varieties, but it was OK. Staff was always smiley and almost often keen to help.
