DislikedNot clean, cold, old, bed bugs

LikedRelatively low price (for Berlin), the room has all it should, it's fairly big.

DislikedThe bed has seen better times, the general look of the building and room is very dated and feels neglected. Elevator seems to be broken forever.

DislikedI barely found my room. The receptionist told me to go first floor but it was in fact the fourth, and the room was kind of hidden, out of the pattern. There was no towels at all, no shampoo, and most importantly, no heat. I had to stay in the blankets and even then, my whole face was freezing. The sheets were stained, and there was no Wifi. I emailed them, messages them, and nothing. It’s not worth the money when with the face price at another hotel I got the royal treatment.

DislikedThe elevator was out of order. Hygiene was at a very low level. The lighting on the staircase was woefully inadequate. Very very important, we were freezing all night because the heating was also out of order. The bedding was torn. There weren't even towels, but even if there had been, given the overall setting of the hotel, we probably wouldn't have used them.
