The fire alarm went of in the middle of the night, when me and other guests were standing in the lobby, worried and confused, none of the staff communicated with us or informed us about the routines (not safe) Loud noises from kids/teenagers on school trip, they shouted and ran in the corridors, I asked the receptionist to help but the noise went on. 2nd night another alarm went of, I asked the receptionist next morning who kind of ignored my concerns. No working AC Which made it hot and uncomfortable in my room. The answer was “the technician comes Monday” which was after my check out and once again, no apologies. The room was dirty and I found hair in the sheets. The cleaner left my room unlocked which made me feel unsafe and all my bags could have been stolen. They couldn’t have done anything about the alarms going off, but not to have a fire escape routine or communication to the guests is beyond acceptable. I’m very disappointed in the bad customer service despite all errors and I would never recommend anyone to stay there. It’s also way too expensive for the quality of rooms (small and dirty), breakfast and service.

Close location to Termini station and it has bathtub. Other than these two, I can't find any good points for the hotel. The room was tiny. The room has no noice proof so you could hear what neighbors do. Bed wasn't comfortable with very old bed metress. Breakfast wasn't good either. You may not find places to sit for breakfast if you come down at 8AM as this hotel is a budget hotel for group tourists.

LikedLocation & friendly staff, thanx for preparing a little takeaway breakfast when we had an earlier start to the day, that was much appreciated
DislikedRoom was quite small & bathroom very odd cramped layout
