Great stay. I had only two issues. 1 - Housekeeping services slow and untimely. 2 - Rude night staff, concierge in Particular! Wish i could have a word with their Hotel GM to conplain about the same. A few bad fish spoil the pond! Other than that the hotel rooms are amazing and very functional, and yes im going to stay there again very often. ❤️

DislikedWe arrived 8 pm which I gave heads-up of the timing yet the room was pleasant due to no curtain only blinds that is so dusty and damage yet we stay in the room that night. The sun strike directly that made us awake at 7 am. That night we already notice that No bathrobe, no sleepers, no spoon and fork and plates that normally have and provided, no floor towel, no face towel only one piece of towel which I already mentioned for two person. So we need to call the reception for that. We stayed there last year which we like the main reason we come back yet it was disappointing. I have to call the reception at pass 8 am to gave us a better room. I am thankful they gave a better room yet the same we need to call for the items that is missing in the room like I mentioned earlier. The service is slow but at least they provide us what we requested. The 2 bathrobe that was given has no belt. I need to wrap my hand to it to walk going to the pool area.
