Millennium Gold Hotel

LikedThe location to the airport absolutely perfect for late arrivals or early departures. An easy walk of perhaps 8 minutes. We arrived after ten pm and found our way easily and without any worries about safety in spite of the time of night. The check in quick, the room adequate and dark and quiet with a firm comfortable bed, but a great positive surprise was the breakfast which had lots of healthy choices and plenty of good coffees. I can not understand how this hotel receives such low ratings. We will be back on our return to Sydney as we have an early flight booked.

DislikedWe booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and in spite of not so good reviews. I would like to make the point that the reviewers need to take the purpose of their choice into account when writing as of course the location is not scenic or even attractive, but in terms of why you booked the hotel its location could not be better if you wanted to be able to walk to your hotel thus not paying a taxi fare.

DislikedThe room was really bad, the wall was so thin that we could actually hear what they were saying, even in the morning my wife asked me to turn off the alarm but it wasn't me it was on the other room. It is not more than a 70€ a night and it was the double price. Need a great rebuild. Corridors seem to have been done already, but the room my god...
