LikedComfortable, clean and overall good value. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of quality food options and drink selections (sparkling peach alcohol was a great touch). Overall friendly staff and nice hotel facilities.

DislikedI was excited for the steam room/sauna but it closed very early (7pm) every day. I feel 9pm would be more reasonable. The blond front desk lady at the spa was also very unfriendly (always seemed inconvenienced) and not accommodating which negatively affected the relaxing vibe. Our room was also in a separate building across the street from the front desk of the hotel. There were multiple buildings which did make things more confusing. This was not as ideal and convenient nor what I thought I was getting.

LikedThe room was clean and well-maintained, complete with efficient air conditioning. The staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, and the indoor pools were a nice extra.

DislikedWe booked a Deluxe room and hoped for a bath, but were provided only with a shower. The promotional welcome bootle of wine shown in hotel's marketing materials was absent and we were explained that it is "only for marketing". The photos online present an enhanced image of the accomodations. The parking facility is limited to a small basement area, forcing guests to find street parking. Also, the extra bed provided was notably uncomfortable.
