LikedThe room that we paid to upgrade/ relocate to is what we've expected and it was very comfortable. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Thank you.

DislikedThe first room that we got allocated to was very small, outdated and not well maintained. Some of the facilities in the hotel can do with some updating.

LikedRoom was very spacious and clean

DislikedEven though it said that the room would have soundproofing, the cars outside could be heard from the roof. Luckily the road is not busy at night so that didn’t interfere with our sleep. The indoor pool is very, very, very small. Only around 6-8 chairs in the indoor pool for the entire hotel. For a hotel that calls itself “hotel & spa”, we expected a much bigger indoor pool. It is tiny.

LikedBreakfast was nice. The room was big and clean. The staff was very friendly and willing to help.

DislikedYou need to ask slippers at reception and the bath robe comes with a 5 E price per stay. For a 4 star hotel, that's not ok. All juices from breakfast were from bottle, not a single fresh. The water from inside pool was a bit cold (not heated). Not many options of fruits and salad at breakfast.

LikedReally good breakfast - great variety of items and very delicious. Large comfortable bed. Nice aesthetics of the hotel and room. Clean and comfortable. Well-heated indoor pool - very nice. Nice, friendly and helpful staff.

DislikedWe felt hot in the room because the AC wasn't cooling enough, however we asked the staff for a fan and they provided us one very promptly without any issues. The indoor pool was a little overcrowded.
