LikedI think that it was brilliant it was kept open for us at that time of year with no other bookings. The staff were great , very helpful and pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend it and I have been coming to Lloret for 227 years

LikedThe service was amazing, the guy in the lobby support me all the time and the communication by phone was good. Value for money. Location amazing

DislikedThe problem is the parking spot, however, its easy to fin space in the beach.

LikedRooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Staff were amazing....so helpfully especially Natalia . Location was closed to the beach

staff who are friendly to you. then you go to your room and you discover that it is very old, dirty and unhygienic. The shower still has the hair from the previous guests, toilet is dirty, toilet seat is loose with stains on it, bathroom furniture dates from 1920 and can fall apart at any moment, air conditioning in the room is old does not work and smells of cigarettes. not to be repeated!
