LikedBreakfast was good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the tram station and walking distance to a few of the main sites and restaurants/ takeaways. There is also a 24 hour convenience store directly across the hotel with reasonable prices. We were really grateful for the early check-in and upgrade to larger rooms. We had 3 rooms booked, the manager ensured that we received rooms close to each other, which we really appreciated.
DislikedWe would have preferred a few channels in English on TV or have English subtitles.
