LikedWe were at this hotel when the earthquake hit Hualien. We were very impressed with the staff and the professional way they handled the whole situation. The rooms were good sized and comfortable. We were happy to find out that they had a supper offer from 8:00-10:00pm and the added bonus of having washing machines and dryers without extra charge made the name of the hotel so fitting. We made use of the all day cafe where we could sit and discuss what we were going to do because the roads to the North were closed. We decided to stay one more night and enjoy the excellent hospitality.

Our stay at Kindness Hotel was fabulous. Two nights, Business Double Bed room on top (10th) floor. Easy, quick checkin; able to use English throughout with all staff; clean, odorless room, wifi sketchy at times but adequate; good breakfast with enough options for all. The real indication of how good is KH was when the earthquake hit (4/2024). Here’s where you see what’s behind a hotel, and the staff - from management to custodian - were 100% helpful, knowledgeable, and caring, all with tremendous poise and patience for us clients. We would definitely stay with KH again.

Check in was fast. Staff was nice to highlight that hotel provides free supper from 8-10pm every night. There were entertainment by magician and live singing during supper. Hotel also provide free to use washer & dryer. Overall good value. Will certainly recommend this hotel to friends.
