LikedIt was clean and close to bus stop

LikedBasic. Clean enough. The owner is friendly. Fridge, aircon, and towels are provided but no kettle. Perissa is a smaller, less crowded township and generally cheaper than Fira and Oia. This is an older property suitable for those on a tight budget who want a hotel room and neither a dorm bed nor a hostel atmosphere. I was here before the high season and wanted a hostel bed but didn't look hard enough. The property is near a bus stop a few stops before the Perissa terminus.

DislikedSantorini is quite expensive. Prior to high season, there were hostels at a similar price point in other towns if I had taken more time to look (the hostel that is almost next door was not yet operating). I spent more on bus fares visiting Fira & Oia than if I had stayed in Fira.

LikedIt was nice to stay there, I really enjoyed it. Super for a short stay, good price, location, helpful staff!👍

DislikedIcouldn't get hot water in bathroom.

LikedI loved how the host allowed us to check-in early without paying anything extra. We were just there to leave our bags, but he let us into the room. We also checked out an hour late and left our bags. For the price you pay, the room is great and cozy. The property is beautiful and the area is peaceful.

DislikedThe washroom was small and somewhat dirty. But, not the kind of dirty that you cannot stand. It was just old, I assume. Also honestly, for the price you pay it seemed okay.

LikedGreat room for the night :) I definitely will book again when we come visit in the summer!
