I have my expired Emirates I'd but I have valid UAE license and passport copy,your front desk staff not allow me to Check in hotel cause of Emirates I'd expired it's unfair with customer I didn't check in yesterday cause of your staff . it's very bad staff and your hotel is very bad bad bad.

Seriously it’s not worth and worst … AC is not working and adequate cooling, high room rents and without facilities ( there is no swimming pool and others for children and adults)

Room is decent but too noisy in the night unti 3-4 am due to the night club and had trouble sleeping so would not be great for people who need a rest after hectic travel.
