I didn't like anything about this accommodation. starting with the staff at the Reception who are not polite at all (very rude ). When I arrive they told me that they are deducting 500 Dirhams (although when I made the reservation this was not mentioned) as well as a guarantee for one night's accommodation, and on the 2nd day I will get the money back (500dirham), well they stopped the government tax and I got 470 Dirham back. So they lied us. And the attitude they are having, acting like they’re “owning a city “. the room is bigger, but everything inside it’s looking old. the sleeping pillows are very hard, you can't sleep on them. the pool area is unkempt. long story short I didn't like anything about this accommodation. I travel many times a year, and this experience was so bad for us. Check out for another accommodation because it’s not like you are seeing in the pics.

The room was nice but customer service could be a lot more better! I was told to wait in the lobby for 5mins after i check out for room check since i did not deposit 500 for one night incidental fee. It took me almost 30 mins of waiting. I asks the counter, room was paid in advance for a night and we check in late around 11pm. What else you need to check? The staff in the reception was rude (Rana )if not mistaken told me you have to wait for check out. Then i told her again it's paid already why took so long to check out?? Then she raised her voice "go, you can go now!" I felt humiliated infront of other guest waiting for check out! I will never ever recommend this hotel! There is so much place to stay in JBR with better customer servic and worth every peny to spend!

We received awful attitude from the front office everytime we went or called for assistance. I think only white people will receive great service. Staff at the front office are extremely rude!

LikedReally liked; location (everything within maxim 10 walking distance) , helpful staff, apartment is spacious, good value for money, apartment equipped with everything you may want. Received a call for follow up; and when I complained about cleanliness, they solved it immediately.
Disliked1) one the bathroom has stinky smell 2) stayed two day without cleaning 3) Check in process took around 30 to 40 minutes 4) Pool need cleaning
