Ja The Resort - Ja Beach Hotel

LikedWas only there 12 hours so didn’t see much. Beautiful hotel grounds, Beds very comfortable

DislikedThe rooms are a little bare of furniture. My ocean view room really had no view of the ocean. Signing a form regarding not bringing food into the hotel. Maybe have a better menu if outside food isn’t allowed.

LikedBreakfast not very rich, but good. Staff very helpful and responsive. Very clean.

DislikedThe pizza at the beach (captain’s restaurant) was the worst ever. We were trying to order something else but they said it has to be in the restaurant. The restrooms in the lobby not super

DislikedStaff person name Devie very discriminating she only talk nice to her fellows Indian and Arabic! I ask her if she can give us connecting rooms because we are family with kids! She make me wait for 3pm and when I’m back she said wait but when she saw her fellow Indian costumer she smile like a dog!!lol we also costumer you have to approach us also nice!! When I come to Filipina Receptionist she’s give me what I want

LikedThe price with facilities specialty for kids and the hospitality of stuff,reception person ( Sam ) was cooperative.

DislikedForcing you to sign a document stating that you won’t bring your own food or drink in (we did anyway). Since many of the restaurants were booked up, this was a) very restricting and b) overstepping the mark in my personal opinion. Never had ANY hotel FORCE me to do that and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels
