LikedThe hotel staff was very friendly and overall is a nice hotel, clean, good variety of food at breakfast. The rooms are decent in size with a nice closet and conformable beds.
DislikedIt is located 30 minutes by tram from the city center, however you can rely on the public transportation in Prague.

LikedExcellent breakfast, good location, for the reason of our stay we cannot really complain.
DislikedReception trough-put time was a bit longer than preferred due to the nr of guest vs staff.

LikedLocation, parking, clean, good breakfast...nice gluten free options.
DislikedI didn't expect them to charge me accommodation tax. I thought that was included in the price which i paid to Booking but maybe i missed that remark. Some waiters have poor English. Plus, if you know we are 3 persons accommodated in your hotel and you give us a voucher for drink and a snack, it would be nice to warn us that it's not for all of us. It's just for one person. But those are some minor things i noticed and didn't like. All in all we liked this accommodation.
