Liked+very clean room and bathroom +quiet and calm surroundings and corridors +very nice and helpful people at the reception (especially Mr. Eugeni) +free parking +delicious breakfast +proximity to trams, buses and metro that lead to the main attractions of Prague (line 22 to Castle of Prague, line 7 to Wysehrad) +shopping center, and all necessary shops around the corner

Disliked- breakfast room is a bit too small for the guests (especially between 8.30-9.30)

LikedVery good and complete breakfast. The rooms are spacey and clean. Starting in room 213, the WiFi was non-existent. There's something, but no connection to the internet. We moved twice because of the fully booked hotel. Therefore only a "good" for fascilities. The staff tried really hard to solve the situation and managed in the end by giving us a nice room with perfect connection. Parking in the street in front of the hotel is free during the weekend, for the weekdays there's the free hotel parking. The hotel is very close to the tram stop (150-200m), from which you can reach the center easily (25mins). Free bottles of water for the ride home when we left. Again, 10+ for the staff.

Dislikedthe moving to get a room with a proper wifi connection. rest was very well taken care of. Nothing more to say.

LikedGreat location, your only a few minutes walk to a tram stop or railway station. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent quality. Staff were friendly and communicative.

DislikedI found the bed mattress a little to soft for my personal tastes
