LikedExceptionally helpful and friendly service. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was very nice and clear. We recommend breakfast. Meats, cheeses and fruits of the highest quality. Of the several hotels we visited during our stay in Italy, we rate this one as the best! There is no problem with getting to the center. Buses run all the time.

LikedThe hotel is beautifully decorated downstairs with game like chess etc which is very cool. The breakfast buffet is delicious with loads of choice to pick from and the room is very pretty.

Disliked- Our room was not part of the renovated one so it was a bit basic and old looking (however it was clean) - It is not soundproof at all! We heard the guy next door snoring all night. - The room temperature was so hot, not sure if there was a heater or it was just the room itself (the fridge produce a lot of heat!) but that was nothing we could control as the temperature control we had in the room was not actionable. - Whilst we were aware of the bus situation, it does take a bit longer than expected which is a bit of a nuisance (30 to 40 minutes to get to the center of town), the hotel is in fact quite far from the city center. - The cleaning lady was in our room on both occasion as we came back from breakfast and we had to wait outside, however we had not put the card to not go in the room.

LikedThe new upgraded rooms were beautiful, clean and modern. The breaksfast was excellent, very beautifully designed dining area and a good choice for food. Big car park.

DislikedWe have booked 2 nights stay in this hotel, due to business needs we had to stay additional day, they had no rooms left apart from an old apartment in the next building to the hotel. The room smelled of cigarettes, and was very different to the modern room we stayed the first 2 nights. My suggestion would be, make sure to book the modern rooms, otherwise your stay will not be pleasant.
