LikedThe breakfast was very poor: only one salami/cheese, no vegetables. The “dolci” is great, but the salty breakfast…?!

DislikedThe window was broken and did not close completely, the heating system did not work, the Wi-Fi was very bad, the lamps in the room were all broken except for one, the pillow was very inappropriate, the bathroom was very old and inappropriate.The curtain in the room was very dirty

LikedThe property was close to where we had our two day event and that’s why we booked the hotel in the first place. The breakfast was fine. It wasn’t bad really, they had variety of food and a open breakfast till 10am

Disliked• The hotel was dirty. We noticed this from the moment we checked in and went into the elevator. The elevator rug was filthy and extremely dirty. That’s not the end. We got into our room and the bed sheets were stained with what we believe is “semen”. It was disgusting. • The bathroom was faulty. We had a shower and the entire bathroom was filled with water. We had to put some towels on the floor to dry the pool of water we had in the bathroom. Btw we stayed in room 216. • The room doesn’t have a charging station close to the bed side. This is very surprising to me because it’s the first hotel I’ve been in that you can only charge your phones or devices close to the room door. It’s unbelievable. • There was a party in the hotel and it was very loud. They finished late into the night. That wasn’t very nice
