LikedStaff is very polite and friendly.

DislikedFound the bed bugs. Room is too hot and a bit old. Not that clean. Shower warmness is not stable. Hair dryer is like a baby blow.

LikedThe location was very handy - the rooms basic but clean. Breakfast was excellent - plentiful with a large variety .

DislikedThe restaurant and cleaning staff were good - the female receptionists, apart from the female shift leader on 12 April (morning), were unacceptable to say the least. I have been in the industry all my life and I have never met with such rudeness and ignorance. The male receptionists weren't extremely helpful, but they were polite - again the exception was the shift leader, the morning 11 April, who was polite and also very efficient. They really bring the standard down.

DislikedIt was really dirty and the hotel is old and not clean. The photos don’t match the reality. All in all rooms themselves are in not good condition

DislikedThe rooms are terribly small. In the room there are no carpets and one of my kids took the socks out and came bleeding to me because she cut her foot into a piece of glass……the same hotel that blocked a 50 euro amount on our card, just in case we break something. The breakfast people seating at the door are not the bicest people ever, there are no eggs, no vegetables, olives. Overall opinion: very disapointed!!!!
