LikedIt was well located to terminals 2/3 - I got a local bus to and from the hotel. Clean and quiet and I enjoyed a bar meal in the evening. Very good value for the price I would definitely stay again

DislikedThe lights in the bathroom were a little dim but I could also see that as an advantage for middle of the night trips!

LikedThe room and toilet were very clean and there was daily satisfactory cleaning. The rooms were very comfortable. There was good room temperature control device working perfectly and the window could be opened to allow very fresh air in. The hotel building was great infrastructure. The staff were very professional, cooperative, friendly and courteous. The food were fresh, well cooked and yummy. The buffet breakfast was very good and the alar carte I also took for lunch

DislikedMy first day, checking in was poor. The gentleman at the front desk became helpless and kept me and others waiting for upwards of 10mins. I also asked them to change the pillow cases as they smelt used. I later saw stains on the pillows not the pillow cases. All public or general areas of the hotel were untidy. The carpets in the reception, lobby, passages to the rooms were all stained and required deep hoover cleaning and or changing. The small sitting area just outside towards the parking area behind really revealed how the hotel's massive infrastructure's upkeep was tardy. It even had cobwebs besides other dirt including many cigarettes stubs etc. The stairway next to the lifts were not aerated and smelt. Bathroom light needs improvement in the WC section There was no room service.

LikedStaff exceptional and extremely helpful, great vibe about the place, it had everything I needed for my stay.

DislikedNothing really - corridors near bedrooms need a bit of TLC but on the whole the place was clean just a bit dated

Likedlocation close to airport - the room was warm - i had internet connection easily.

Dislikedcarpet was grotty, bad first impression of room, the walls were thin so i could hear next room watching football loudly, the toilet, placed too close to the wall to sit comfortably, toilet roll holder in the way. Bath - shower was not directable, had to use the bath, which was too short to be comfortable, and provided soap was in cheap reusable bottle whose mechanism had worn out. Corridors were filled with rubbish other guests had put outside their doors.
