DislikedStaff was rude, family room for 4 could accommodate only 3 with couch for 3rd person, heaters were off hence too cold. No warm water upon request. Breakfast was okay but not good

DislikedI stayed at the hotel with my family. I had a very bad experience, just as we entered the room my 10 years old son got electric shock while switching on the lamp light near table. I complaint at the reception and requested to change my room as i have 2 kids (3 years and 10 years) and don’t want to face same issue again. But the hotel staff didn’t changed the room. Now to make it more worse at night when we were about to sleep , we got to know the double bed is damaged from one side and its going down. So my family somehow managed to sleep on the other side of the bed. There were more issues as well like TV was not working, cleanliness of the room , beds etc. Overall we had a horrible experience staying at the hotel and would not like to give reference to anyone. Hope you will check on these issues so that someone else is not facing same in future.
