LikedThe location of hotel is excellent, in an alley between the Basilica Of Lady Guanajuato and the University Guanajuato. The staff, even as they could not speak English well tried hard to help with the queries. Water dispenser outside the room and accessible to all is a great idea.
DislikedI wish the staff can be more conversant in English and if there is a city map provided to guide tourists. Lighting a bit old and not bright enough.

LikedRight in the beautiful town center in a lovely old hotel. Nice breakfast arrangement with hotel across the square.
DislikedIts central location means you are exposed to very loud and very long partying in the streets. Both nights Mexican bands played loudly till 2:30am. No ear plugs could block out the sound of endless drumming.
