LikedThe staff took excellent care of us, providing detailed information, helpful advice, and enthusiastic service throughout our stay. The accommodation provide private onsens in three styles, which are available free of charge. I love breakfast and wonderful dinner with good authentic tastes. The surrounding area offering a pleasant opportunity to explore the local culture, food and desserts. Additionally, the accommodation is conveniently located near Unazuki Onsen Station, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.

LikedCustomer service was great. Met us at the train station and brought us back. Delicious dinner. Private onsen was nice.

LikedGreat scenic location, but slightly off the beaten track. Takes a few trains to get to, and a fair distance away from the key cities of Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Slightly dated accommodation, but the staff were very helpful and attentive.
