LikedLove the room. Large and the bathroom is very nice I could sleep in it. Lol. Elena on front desk is very helpful and lovely. Love this hotel. Location is central.

LikedThe room was ok and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had two large sinks and a nice shower.
DislikedThe boy at checkin was not so friendly. He seemed a bit annoyed with me for asking if it was possible to check in a little early as we were jet lagged. We were told to sit outside on the bench in the street and wait. It was a bit embarrassing to sleep on the table outside the hotel waiting. Luckily we got in and went to sleep but it was very embarrassing the way I was treated. The boy working really made me regret staying here even though the room and location were nice. I would not recommend this location because of him. He really didn't seem to care at all about the customers.

LikedThe place, the room inside, the personel and the breakfast were amazing. Strongly recommended for a combination of business and leisure visit to Zurich.
