LikedElsa was very helpful and in general staff was very nice. Room was decent with clean fresh towels and bed. Cleaned few times during the stay. Location was great.

The hostel reception is beautifully decorated and the hostel is very clean throughout. All the staff were friendly and welcoming beyond helpful and caring as well. My room was very clean and good temperature and had all the essential such as towels and toiletries. The hostel has a laundrett where you can wash and dey your clothes, and a kitchen which we can use with a fridge where I was able to store drinks to keep it cool and some food as well. At the canteen, there is a coffee machine with a variety of coffees on offer and there are also lockers to store your belongings and tables and chairs to seat and a TV where I was able to eat my meals. The location is near playa del reducto which is small and clean sandy beach with green flag so is very clean and safe for swimming. Near the hostel there are plenty of shops and restaurants and Arrecife marine and port is a niece walk with stunning views. I would recommend and comeback. I have to emphasise that the cleaner are very friendly and work very hard to maintain this hostel impeccably clean.

LikedThe property was is an excellent location as it is right in the centre and a short walk from surroundings. Rooms were mostly clean and beds were changed every 2 days. There was a lift to use instead of the stairs which was very handy.
DislikedI feel like the bathrooms should have been focused more whilst cleaning.

DislikedWindows broken in children's room even blew open one night all bedroom doors , were stiff as in it was hard to even push them open and loud also absolutely nothing in the room not even as much a a glass or cup , somebody vomited on stairs one night and my husband went and told receptionist and he was giving him something to clean it up !😡also we had a power outage another night , sitting in the dark .🙄 So all in all would not recommend this place.
