LikedLocation was excellent, right next to Gare de nord. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Passable if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.

DislikedThe rooms are quite small and some things didn’t work, like the hairdryer and cold tap. Due to the location, it is quite loud.

LikedIt’s a place to stay but not the cleanest and definitely not the best value for money. Good location right outside Gare du Nord but that’s about it. If you’re happy with a bed in an outdated room and a very small room/bathroom then it’s perfect for you.

DislikedIt was clearly outdated and needs a full revamp. Very small and cramped. Things left everywhere on the steep staircase. Have to leave the key with the hotel every time you want to leave the hotel.

LikedLocation and staff were good.

DislikedThe room smelt like cigarette smoke and the window could not be properly closed because handle was missing.

DislikedThis hotel is located in a crowded, unsafe, and traffic-congested location. Due to the lack of sound insulation, the noise of car horns, buses, and ambulance sirens can be clearly heard inside the room. The staff's behavior is unprofessional, and the check-in process is not done with courtesy and necessary explanations. In terms of facilities and equipment, it is substandard and outdated. The hotel bed is narrow and short, causing back pain and unsuitability for tall individuals. We found cockroaches in the bathroom. The tilet paper were partially used and wrinkled. The decorative glass painting installed on the wall was half broken, posing a visually and physically hazardous situation. The television was present but not connected to any channels and was unusable. There were no electric kettles or other amenities in the room. The bathroom shower cubicle was very narrow and cramped, unsuitable for large or overweight individuals, and there was no possibility of shaking inside the cubicle. The drainage pipes were not inside the wall and they were not covered and they were noisy and audible with each flush when the rooms on the upper floors use the toilet. In my reservation, breakfast was included, and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. During these 4 days, there was no variety other than butter and a simple type of jam. Breakfast hours were from 7:30 to 10, and if you went for breakfast after 8:45, they wouldn't even provide(charge) breads, and even the coffee machine was locked and coin-operated for a full day, and for other days, they gave one coin per person upon request for coffee. As for black tea, I must say that during these 4 days, I could only find 2 tea bags, and when I asked for it, they didn't provide it and said they didn't have it and that I could use the coffee machine. Overall, staying in this hotel with breakfast is not worth it at all because I don't consider it as even a simple breakfast, let alone the buffet.
