LikedThe staff was cooperative and we were able to book last minute and check in at midnight.

DislikedExtremely uncomfortable bed, we couldn't sleep for a minute. Hopefully the owners will consider replacing the mattress as the springs actually hurt you when you lie on it.

Likedone thing I love about the Piano Hotel is the host Shoka. such a kind heart and friendly person. the view was very good from the terrace. room was also very good from the windows. they have private parking also. loved my stay at this property.
