LikedGood location, lovely views, friendly reception and large room.

DislikedFor the extortionate price that we paid for 2 nights, the quality and standard of the hotel was extremely in-balanced. We travel extensively and this was in no way representative of the super high price and what we received. Rooms were very dated, lacked any character for this luxury price point. Staff very confused and overwhelmed eg asking for things 3 times and still nothing came. No coffee in room etc.

LikedThe view and the location of the hotel was perfect. You can find boutiques, local restaurants by walk. The staff was so friendly. Housekeeping was good too. Having a parking area is also another positive thing about the hotel. If you go there at the swimming season there is a private beach.

DislikedThe restaurant service was so slow. We had to ask for our order minimum 3 times. The staff was so kind but fail to organise.

Great location where you have the amazing ocean view and positano village view. Room condition was good and very clean. Breakfast and dinner at the Terazza Cele was beyond my expectation. When we told the reception that we would check out at 6am, they kindly arranged to-go breakfast for us. Recommend this place!
