DislikedVery rude management of the hotel. We missed our flight to Nikaragua and arrived at the hotel one day late. The staff would not help us at all to rearrange for the rest of the trip. They made us very upset, and we decided not to come back for the final night. We found another hotel nearby. This hotel is not a friendly place for a family with kids, and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

LikedTypical breakfast daily . Wish they would have more of a variety . Limited as to how much you can get. Small portions and when my child went back for seconds she was told that there were other guests that had to eat.

DislikedSwimming pool stains your swim suits. Told front desk and they seem to know about it already due to other guests complaining. Blue stains I was told By staff was normal due to chemicals and weather 🥲. Stains did not come out even after I washed them

LikedThe location is great. It’s very close to pretty much everything. They have the gate and it feels safe. The hotel in beautiful, the pool is clean and also very pretty. The staff is professional and is amazing and super helpful. They helped us with directions and taxi and etc! Clean, have AC which is important !!! Will def stay again and will recommend to my friends :)
