LikedLocation is superb 1 tram stop from central station. The room size is adequate for family of 4.
DislikedThe toilet door is glass based. Only suitable for couples. The housekeeping while they did their best, the linens are still dirty with loads of body hair.

Dislikedbreakfast options were really minimal , could have a better continental spread. the family room bathrooms r not suitable for a family . it is all glass and definitely doesn’t give the privacy

LikedGreat location near the main station, just off the main shopping street, on a quiet side road. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and gave the children a little cuddly toy each on arrival. Great service. Huge breakfast spread. We had a family room, with two single camp beds made up for the children in a corner of the room - great they weren't expected to share one bed. Little touches all round made it an exception stay - chocolates on the pillow each evening, and a charge point in the room with every type of plug imaginable (EU, Swiss, UK, US, etc).

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The location was ideal for my business meetings. The staff is courteous and helpful. Overall a very high value for money. Highly recommended.
