LikedThe price was great. The hotel was decorated nicely and clean. I was able to walk to the hotel from the port. It is buried in a neighborhood which was unexpected, but still nice inside and close to lots of shopping. There was an outdoor clothing market a couple block away that I visited.
DislikedFor the price, nothing. The customers were legit travelers, like myself. The street entering the hotel was very local which was confusing at first, but I was pleasantly surprised inside.

Water falling down from the heater which placed up the bathroom. Every thing is old. And it is not 24 hours reception. when I arrive, I must wait for the man come. when I leave, I cannot put the luggage until night. The man told me there will be no people there, only before 4:00 pm. It make me have no enough time to visit this city. When I rush back to the hotel at 5 pm, there are other luggage there. The reception told me they are check in. If you are check out, just can put the luggage till 3 pm!! What!! I travel a lots, it’s my first time to heard about this!! The luggage store time limit is different with check in and check out!!! The luggage store time limit destroy my plan in Napoli and next stop. I hate this hostel. Hope it disappear soon!

We only stayed for one night, and during that time, we received excellent attention. The staff always helped us with everything. The location is very close to the metro and train station, making it easy to connect with other destinations. (At first glance, it may look dangerous, but in our case, we didn't see anything strange.) The room cleanliness was very good, and overall, they provided us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. They don't include drinks or snacks, but they have machines that provide them."

The hotel is very close to the Naples train station, and the hotel is very safe. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and patiently explain the check-in procedures.

The room was also big. The only drawback is the long stairs you need to climb, but it's usual in the city.
