Dislikedthe personal was horrible excepted one person. I booked the hotel for a first trip and they had an issue with the water hitter. I had to take a cold shower. no excuse nothing from the hotel. worst part I booked the same hotel for an other trip in November. when I came for the check in at 7pm they told me that they won’t be able to give me my room because of a technical issue. they weren’t able to tell me which issue but I understand that they rented my room for other people and more expensive that my booking. it was a shame I had to find a solution at 7pm and the weather was 1 degree Celsius. this hotel is a shame. they don’t respect customers at all avoir this !
