DislikedBeing sold a room under false pretences and taking payment before us having to find out when we eventually got in our room. On requesting new room advised by reception what did i expect? My answer a room which was advertised on your website with all facilties which were paid for. Had to leave without staying and booked into another hotel two doors down named Urban loft which is great! Requested refund and Visa are now dealing with this.
