LikedThe staff, particularly Margarita was an awesome host. She helped me promptly with the suggestions to visit. Good interaction. The breakfast was good as well given I have a vegetarian meal requirement, they had many options for vegetarian and vegan preferences.
DislikedThe rooms were not so good for a 4-star hotel. I missed some essential amenities as a backpack traveller like slippers and, a brushing kit. The rooms were noisy, I could hear the construction outside and even the people talking in the corridor. Overall the room could be revamped for a better look and feel. It could be tagged more of a 3-star hotel as of the current condition.

LikedThe location was good and it was excellent to use public transport. Breakfast was good. The staff were nice and social.
DislikedThe floor of the room had vague stains on the carpet. The floor mat needs a good wash or replacement.

LikedLocation, spaceous room for four, tidy, good location with bus stop nearby that was 4 stops to centre
DislikedNoise from the main street, some facilities bit "tired" such as in bathroom or TV, breakfast was good however somewhat limited, such as just 2 choices of tea or no fresh or wholegrain bread

The staff were friendly and it was a good price, comfortable bed, but the shower was difficult to use, there was no plug to make it a bath, the wifi was so slow I had to hotspot my mobile data for my virtual work meetings
