LikedIt was a suite. Very spacious, clean and modern. It had everything that was needed. The staff left a welcome message with some treats which made us feel very welcome . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly When I requested milk it was brought up very quickly I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. Excellent service and room

DislikedThe bed wasn’t the most comfortable A little too soft The location is not the greatest but there is a bus stop just around the corner very close to the hotel which will take you to the metro. This is what we used. The same ticket can be used for the metro and the bus at a cost of 1,50 euros you are given 100mins from the time it’s first validated The hotel also provides a shuttle which can drop you at the metro station however it is limited to certain times .

LikedVery friendly and supportive team They offered early check in without extra fees Also they offered free breakfast And Claudia was very nice and supportive and very good hospitality and welcoming Despite location is a little far but bus will drop you in 10 minutes to metro station and from it you can go anywhere Thanks you Claudia and hotel for this wonderful stay
