LikedLocation is good, close to Plaza de espana. Room was spacious and bed was very confortable. Swimming pool area is very nice!

DislikedWC was very smelly sometimes, you could feel when the next-door neighbours used the toilet...

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. On the arrival, they gave us a room that was not look like 4 star hotel, small and with old furniture. We asked for the exchange and we were offered a much better room, but in lower level facing street. It was a pleasant room, but the noise of the street and subway trains could be heated in early mornings.
