LikedThe lobby was nice and so was the bathroom in the room we stayed in but it wasn't clean

DislikedThe lamps shade were awful very dirty and patchy There was dust everywhere The bathroom was nice however the water stains on the sink and the sink itself wasn't even cleaned before we arrived The x2 single beds moved everytime you got on it The Aircon only blew out heat Breakfast was basic Overall stay was ok but the place needs a big renovation

LikedThe room is very spacious and clean. The food, both for breakfast and dinner is good.

DislikedThe staff was quite cold. The single bed was not comfortable.

LikedNice bathroom. Great staff. King size bed .

DislikedNo kettle. Glass door to bathroom. Sheets not quilt. Far too warm and air-conditioning not very effective. Smell of air freshener overpowering in our friend's room.

LikedEverything was perfect, particularly the staff. Front desk helped me whenever I needed and housekeeping was super fast to give me back a charger I had left in the room - I was checking out and the lady was extremely efficient. Big kudos to the team.

DislikedNothing. Just one note to international travelers - Uber does not really work in this region. It’s better to talk to reception and arrange a taxi.
