LikedWorst experience of my life. I request the hotel authority to please pay attention on atleast basic cleaniness.
DislikedAs I entered the room, i noticed the washroom was not flushed. The worst thing one can witness in life.

LikedMy black Zara leather jacket and my 170 euros has stolen in this hotel. I did not take my cash with me while in Rome because I did not want to be pickpocketed. But I regret this. Because I left them in Hotel Center 1 and they are stolen in Hotel. I did not wanna blame someone butthey are stolen by the cleaning ladies because whenever we came our room, our staff’s position was changing. And I also ask about the cameras and they said they are not working.I hope Hotel Center 1 will take care of this.

LikedThe breakfast was good. The pastries were tasty. Not too much food to choose from but just enough to have a typical Italian breakfast. The location is also very good, close to the Termini station where you get all kinds of transport.
DislikedI was in a room next to the reception, 702 (literally next to the reception) and the internet didn’t work in our room at all during our stay. We were connected but it didn’t work at all. One of the receptionists said it might be because of the rain but it didn’t work even when there was no rain. From the minute that we arrived until we left the hotel- no wifi in the room, only at the reception and in the breakfast lounge on the fourth floor. So that was a bad side to the hotel and a disappointment because nothing was done to fix the problem.
