LikedThe hotel has been renovated. The rooms were new and clean. The beds are very comfortable. It was very close to the city center and the train station. It is very good that it is within walking distance to everywhere. Staff were very helpful

DislikedWe struggle to understand how this hotel can be listed as a 4 star hotel. We faced several issues during our stay. First bedroom - the toilet flush was broken and it didn't work. We were moved to the Second bedroom (number 108) - a room with an extremely strong odor of cigarettes, bed linen, curtains, towels, everything was permeated with the smell of smoke. We were moved to the Third bedroom (number 207) - due to some drainage problem, when taking a shower, the entire bathroom area was flooded with water. We reported the problem and the cleaning staff told us that they knew we were in room 207 because of this issue and offered us several towels and bathroom rugs so that we could dry the bathroom after each shower. At that point we were so tired of changing rooms that we gave up. During our stay, the Hotel did not offer us anything to compensate for these problems (later check-out?, breakfast?, a drink at the bar?, a room upgrade? - nothing.).
