DislikedLeaking radiators, little to no power outlets that worked, water pressure and showers were appealing. Dirty glasses left in the bedroom. They were unable to refund and cancel my pre authorisation they took of €200 upon arrival and were not very helpful when we made them aware of issues we were having throughout the 3 nights.

DislikedShower was quite wonky, the curtain bar fell off while showering. Other than that no other complaints about the room, it was great

LikedGood location to attractions and airport. Room was clean although the carpet had old stains.

DislikedA cafe/restaurant that was never open although the book in the room listed the time breakfast is served! No kettle or coffee / tea in the room, the TV didn't work, the listed hairdryer and iron had also seemly gone on holiday too. The only place to get a drink and food was from a vending machine at reception. We made use of going to a local supermarket for snacks.
