LikedThe location of hotel was the best and look and feel from inside.
DislikedUnfortunately some of thier staff in the resutrant and in the reception are rude, don't smile

LikedWonderful location for a tour of Alhambra. Also very close to a bus stop so accesible to the town. We were upgraded to a city view room which was very pretty at night. Meals were excellent. Best hot chocolate ever. Staff very friendly and helpful. Decor is elaborate.
DislikedShower over bath could be difficult for seniors.

The view was so nice. You get the view of the whole Granada, which is beautiful. Walkable distance to Alhambra palace going in and coming out. Service was nice, facilities were nice, and interiors of the hotel was awesome.
